Both of my AirPods connect but only one plays audio and there new
I connect my AirPods to my phone and only one of them plays audio and I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what else I could try to fix this

If you've done all of the steps present in the article that you found - If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support - including resetting your AirPods, then you'll want to contact Apple Support: Apple Support. They'll need to assist you further as your AirPods may require service.
