How do you bypass the activation lock without know the Apple ID or password
I can’t get pass the activation lock on my Apple Watch even tho I’m the previous owner, I don’t know my old Apple ID or Password

You will need to figure out what the Apple ID is and reset its password, as its not possible to bypass Activation lock. Its a security feature and would be quite useless if any one could bypass it.
