iPhone 14 Pro 5G works only when Low Power mode is on

When I’m using the 5G (both in “auto” and “on” setting), even though I have full bars,it works fine for a couple of minutes and after that I get no service, and the service won’t come back unless I close the data or put my phone on airplane mode for a bit. When I’m on 5G Auto it won’t change automatically in LTE but it’ll just say no service. When I select 4G it work perfectly fine with full signal.

I’ve tried resetting the network settings but still nothing.

BUT, when I turn in Low power mode, 5G works perfectly fine in both Auto and On. If I switch it off then my signal drops again.Any ideas? Is it my phone’s fault or my carrier?

Low Power mode, for the battery

That simply means the battery does not have enough juice to have both 5G and regular functions going at the same time. 5G consumes a lot more power than 4G or LTE.

So first check your battery health and charge level. It may be that you need a new battery. And yes, cellphone batteries don’t last forever, they are consumable and start deteriorating the day you start using them. If your battery health (not charge level) is at or below 80% you probably do need a new battery.
