Hello, I had an old game center account called "happykid99" this is basically all I know from it and would like to see if I could get it back. The email associated with it at the time was ***@******* but that email is no longer able to be used; and I'm not sure if it was even the right one.

As it turns out, your Game Center profile is linked to your Apple ID as shown here: Use Game Center to play with friends - Apple Support
Have you tried to regain access to the Apple ID account that is linked to that Game Center profile? Just in case, here's a guide to show you how: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You can only have a single Game Center account with each Apple ID. This resource has more details, for reference: Use Game Center to play with friends - Apple Support
If you still aren't able to determine the Apple ID account that you used to setup that prior Game Center account, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into your particular situation further.

As a Game Center account is connected to an Apple ID as seen in Use Game Center to play with friends, is there a chance there may be another Apple ID account you had? See if you can locate any other accounts by following If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number.
If you are still unable to locate other accounts, contact Apple for help with your Apple ID here: Get Support.

When I logged into that account it did not show "happykid99" as the username; as from what I'm reading I got my Game center account before this and the Apple ID were merged. As our family shared one Apple ID, but had different game center accounts. This is now much different and I was hoping to get some game progress I had on a few games from the "happykid99" account. Unfortunately the email I mentioned is not connected to "happykid99" and from what I understand it exists in an ether of some sort. Was hoping for some help to retrieve it.
I can still log in to the that email that was originally used; as the numbers that were connected to the account never changed. The Game Center account though is what I wanted to retrieve the "happykid99" one.
None of the phone numbers ever changed, they are still connected to the account, but it seems the email I originally mentioned never had a Game Center account connected to it. I know for a fact that this was not so, so I was wondering if there was a way to create multiple Game Center accounts? I'm not sure.
How can I recover my GameCenter account?
