why won’t my iPad work with Qantas wifi
When I try to use my iPad on a Qantas flight, either for Netflix or Qantas entertainment it won’t allow access

IF your iPad is really running iOS 10 as shown in your equipment line:
that version may be too old ot work with newer third-party apps and services. The current iPadOS version is v16.
Only Netflix and Quantas can tell you what they support.
