Phone was stolen

Apple ID compromised on my son's account, cannot log into iCloud, he is part of family sharing, activated recovery mode but need to wait 14 days for verification.

Only need access to contacts/WhatsApp which is linked to iCloud Backup to receive important messages from school before exams starting.

Can provide confirmation to proof on account billing for cloud services on family for both Mom and Dad.

Proof of contact number that is our number - MTN Service Provider, account billing.

Proof of email recovery account with password was not loaded on original device, we have access to this account.

Proof of device reported at service provider as well as local authority case number provided.
