Is CSpire a recognized carrier through Apple Store?

I don’t see Cspire as a choice as a carrier at The Online Apple Store, so if I purchased a new unlocked phone through Apple could I use it with Cspire

i have an IPhone 11 the iPhone 5 is my old old phone lol
