I forgot my iTunes the backup encryption password. How can I recover my encryption password?

Unfortunately, I forgot my iTunes restore the backup encryption password, and I want to uncheck the encrypt local backup box. How can I recover my encryption password without resetting my phone?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

That is not possible. Without that encryption password, the contents of the encrypted backup cannot be retrieved.
