This notification keeps popping up, any idea what's wrong? And how to stop getting this notification.

If you are using Safari, check Safari > Settings/Preferences > Websites > Notifications and empty the list.

It is an ad that will pop up on sites that are less than legitimate. If using safari, you can check the Pop-Up settings at Safari > Settings > Websites > Pop-Up Windows, but in most cases the site is just redirecting you to a new page that looks like a pop up.
The solution is to not visit the site that allowed this message to come up.
