i phone 14 with esim

Lost and found has had Iphone 14 for some time. Can not find owner can not change out card.

Will be destroyed if no solution. Asking for guidance

Turn it over to the police as a lost item. Without the help of the owner, it is useless to you.

I phone now not able to access info as I lost it and found it after I started the process with AIG to report lost phone. I lost my phone and began the process to get the insurance and then I found the phone. NHow it is no longer working. How do I get it to work again. AIG I think is now the owner.

Thought maybe there was a way to find owner or save it from going the way of other phones found at the same venue….distruction.
