My iCloud says messages are taking up 13gb of storage however when I click top conservations it’s only taking up 200 mb. I’ve looked this up multiple times and still can’t find an answer. I’ve also deleted half my messages already to try and fix it and doesn’t do anything

I suspect what’s happening is you have a great deal of iCloud storage housing deleted messages.
See this, but delete the deleted messages shown instead of recovering them.
