Have the device connected via Ethernet cable or configured for Wi-Fi on the same network segment as your Mac. Do not have a USB cable connected to the Mac when attempting an AirPrint connection. Power on the ET4760 and reboot your Mac.
In the System Preferences : Printers & Scanners panel, if the ET4760 is shown in the Printers list, right-click on it and select Reset Printing System… On older releases of macOS, this used to leave the Printers panel empty and one needs to click the + symbol to add a device and present the Bonjour panel.
Since your profile still reports macOS Sierra (10.12) and no indication you are using a newer version of macOS, I removed and added a Samsung laser printer from macOS 10.14.6 leaving a vacant Printers panel. I clicked the + symbol to add a device, and the first Bonjour panel appeared:

One must click the listed printer to trigger the Use: selector applying Auto-Select and then setting AirPrint.

And now, click Add, right-click on the new Printers entry and set Default printer. Scanning would be done by Apple's Image Capture or the optional paid VueScan Professional which requires no Apple or Epson software for the ET4760.
