Installing Adobe programs ERROR on Mac 13.5Ventura

Hi, I wanted to see if anyone could help me because I'm really desperate with this problem. I've been trying to install photoshop for four days and I get ERROR 42 - I've already spoken to Adobe and so far they can't help me or find a solution.

Adobe today sent me a new link to install photoshop and everything seems to be working, but then when I go to install another error appears (The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again).

I've seen all the tutorials on youtube and google search and NOTHING seems to work. Photoshop is my job and that's why I'm really in need of help.

The odd thing about all this is that these problems only appeared after I installed Ventura 13.5 on my Mac (which was four days ago) - something that with the old software this had never happened.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it :)
