Anyone else getting the headphone volume alert notification and have a hack to disable this unwanted and very annoying feature

It WILL NOT LET ME DO THIS!!?!? The feature is not available for me to turn this off in the location described PLEAE HELP ME TURN THIS OFF ITS DRIVING ME INSANE. (For context- this has NOTHING TO DO WITH HEADPHONES, my iPhone perceives my car blue tooth as headphones and thinks when I max my volume out on that I’m maxing out headphones IM NOT, I put max volume on my phone for the best sound quality then adjust the radio volume in my car with the car dial. IT GOES OFF EVERYTIME IM IN THE CAR TURN IT OFF!!!!)
If the option to turn off Headphone Notifications doesn't exist in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety > Headphone Notifications, then go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Notifications and turn them off there.
Search for headphones in settings, then safe listening notifications.
If it makes you feel any better, I have this feature turned off and STILL get the notifications anyway
