Hey there ralphsutex,

Sounds like you're referring to the Heart Rate Zones. To help with editing these zones, follow the steps below:

By default, Heart Rate Zones are calculated for you based on your health data, but you can manually edit those zones.
1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
2. Go to Workout > Heart Rate Zones.
3. Tap Manual, tap zone 2, 3, or 4, then enter lower and upper limits.
You can also open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, go to Workout > Heart Rate Zones, tap Manual, tap zone 2, 3, or 4, then enter lower and upper limits.

I’m also interested in this question. The user asked about turning off the notifications but you replied by explaining how edit the zones manually.

i wonder whether you could explain how turn off the notification that one is working below a certain zone that often buzzes during tv first few minutes of the workout?

it’s not about editing but turning off the notifications

many thanks!
