If you're having difficulty watching content in the Apple TV app because of a color inversion issue, you may want to try resetting the app with the steps below. Keep in mind, it does erase your data and accounts and configuration, so you'll have to set it up again afterwards.
If you’re having problems and the Apple TV app still doesn’t respond after restarting, try resetting the Apple TV app. When you reset the Apple TV app, all data is erased, including your accounts and configuration.
1. In the Apple TV app

2. Go to Reset, then select Reset.
3. Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV.
