How can I sync my photos from iPad to iphone

when I take a photo on my iPad it doesn’t go to my iphone, mega bummer

If you setup iCloud Photo Library on both devices all photos should sync with both devices and iCloud. See: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
