Constantly being told my device is "New"

I regularly get messages telling me that I have signed in on a new device. I never have. I've just used a device that has been offline for a week, or sometimes just a few days. This happens on my iMac, my MacBook, my Ipad and my phone. If I look at my profile it knows I've signed in on all these devices in the past but it keeps telling me they are "New"! Why does it do this and is there any way to stop it? Curiously I just bought a new iPad but I have had no messages about it being new!!
