My AirPod Pro’s charging case is permanently flashing red when charging. Does anyone know why this is happening? It doesn’t appear to be charging either.
If it’s not possible to rectify, am I able to purchase just the charging case?

Contact Apple Support:
Seems you were provided with a faulty case. So, contact Apple Support back, informing them of what exactly is occurring. If it is not charging, then it is unreliable at best.
