If your iPhone XS is stuck on the Apple logo and you're seeing the "support.apple.com/iPhone/restore" message, here's what you can do:

  1. Force Restart: Press the Volume Up button quickly, then the Volume Down button quickly. Hold down the Side (Power) button until the Apple logo appears. Keep holding until the logo goes away, and your phone might start.
  2. Connect to Computer: Connect your iPhone XS to your computer using a cable. Open iTunes (or Finder on newer Macs) and follow the instructions. Be cautious—restoring could delete data, so have a backup.
  3. Recovery Mode: Connect your phone to your computer and open iTunes/Finder. Force restart the iPhone XS and keep holding the Side button after the Apple logo. Let go when the "Connect to iTunes" screen shows. Choose "Restore," but know it might erase data.
  4. Apple Support: If nothing works, contact Apple Support. They can help, especially if your device is under warranty or has AppleCare.
