Refunds from you that I can’t find or claim
You have sent a store credit refund so it says but I can’t find it or work out how to claim it can you please help

If Apple approved a refund, it will apply it to the payment method used to make the purchase automatically, there is nothing you need to do.
It can take up to 30 days for the refund to her reflected in your payment method.
