you may be able to find it by googling. but as safari for windows was discontinued so long ago, that old of a safari would probably not be an accurate way of testing what would happen with the modern versions of safari anyways.

buy a base model Mac and use that for your testing purposes.

Safari for Windows was discontinued in 2012. There is no option to install it on Windows now.
