My keyboard is very slow. How can I

My keyboard is typing real slow. I have to hit it real hard in order to type. How can I fix that?

my keyboard is stuck at the bottom of the screen! whenever i open a link or something, and i try use the keyboard, it always opens up at the bottom, and i can never ever get it to come back in the normal keyboard orientation, look at the picture, you can see the keyboard is at the bottom and all you can see is the arrows or the done button, how do i fix this
