iPhone 12 picture quality👎🏼

Why suddenly is the guilty of my pictures so bad. If i take a picture in any light, but mainly in bright or day light, my pictures come out dark-ish and not crisp/clear. I take a lot of pictures of my floral designs for my portfolio. Ive used this phone for a year this month. Quality of pics was never crystal clear. But in the last week my pictures look like ive taken them during a cloudy overcast day. Thats the best way i know to describe the quality.

Anyone know how to fix this?
