Random safari searches I didn’t search

I saw this Saturday and ignored it. I saw it again yesterday and clicked on one of the searches. It was random websites. Now I’m worried I’m gonna get hacked from it or I’m being spied on.

I would like to know how a pop up ad for Nordstroms and World of Warcraft could show up as a search and not a pop up. So with all the precautions apple gives or “rules” like getting caught phishing, happens when you stop being perfect, why is this still happening? When are we as consumers going to have a way to fight back at the people attacking us? My searches are mostly for technology questions, so for Nordstroms to show up on my page says someone has done that. How do we stop it from happening? Why is remote access even an option for someone to use against people? If it’s used for business can it become an app? Denying the fact that it’s real and is happening, is not a good look. Admit, correct, and prevent these type of Community problems. Please.
