Apple TV not connecting to iCloud Photos using my iCloud 🆔

Message states that iCloud is not set up for that ID. I AM USING CORRECT ID AND PASSWORD

Please contact Apple Support for their compatibility statement for the combination of iCloud services (Photos, Music) and your model Apple TV. Recent changes to iCloud may have affected compatibility for some services with legacy models, if iCloud was updated through one of your other devices.

As the software on the A1427 is older than this change, updated iCloud may not work anymore for that model.
