This could be hardware or software, with this MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) model.

The remoted daemon is a part of macOS intended to detect remote devices and services. It;s getting stuck, or failing.

The cause is unclear.

Download and run EtreCheck (free), and share the report to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here and then press the Additional Text button (that looks like a printed page) to get a text input box big enough to paste the hardware and software configuration report here, and paste and post that report.

The EtreCheck tool works to avoid including sensitive or identifying information.

Remove the torrent app, the add-on VPN, Bitwarden, macFUSE, and VeraCrypt. Test.

If that fails, remove Google Drive and OneDrive, and the ad blocker, and test again.

General comments:

This Mac is pretty heavily loaded for its configuration.

Remove any cracked apps that might exist here. Torrents are unfortunately common sources of cracked apps, and the cracks increasingly target the users of the cracked apps; they’re increasingly both cracked apps, and malware.
