Try logging out of your Apple ID/iCloud account, doing a forced restart of your iPhone and then log back into your Apple ID.

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
