Recent photos

I have over 5000 photos I’m trying to create a folders to separated but all I’m doing is making copies they don’t come off the “recent” photos is there any way doing this

photo album When we take photo, all photos will be kept in "Recent" folder by default. I want to move all my photos to different albums and keep the "Recent" folder empty so that next time when new photos comes into "Recent" folder, I can repeat the same steps again. I realize we can only copy photos from "Recent" folder into albums but we are not able to delete it from the "Recent" folder at the same time. Please help.

Erase from 'Recents' album I have a problem organizing my photos on Iphone. I do not have any other Apple products, and simply want to be able to go into my 'recents' album (where there are many photo's) and start sorting them into albums, without keeping a copy of it in 'recents'. Why oh why is this option not available, or how can get the same result? Is there an option for instance that automatically copies each new entry (each new picture made) into a second album from which I can then copy and erase? I know I can simply make albums, but I don't want to go through all photo's (in recent) each time again, every time having to assess whether I already put them in a folder or not etc. Pleased to hear, thanks for support! No. Photos you put in folder or album points back to those photos, it doesn't move it there.

Albums in Photos are like playlists in iTunes. You can have an audio track in multi playlists and only once in the iTunes library. Same for photos.
