Center Stage cuts off top of my head

Center stage on Studio Display + Zoom tends to cut off the top of my head (just above the hairline). Turning it off shows that the camera can see me completely.

Anyway to adjust where "center" is on the stage? The app crops the image way too high. My head is way up at the top of the frame, and it is showing all the way down to my stomach (flattering!). I should note I'm using an iPhone 13 pro max as a continuity camera with an M1 Macbook Air

The Continuity Camera is always upside down when using Zoom. The audio cannot be connected. The Continuity camera could only work the first time it was connected. After that, the image is always upside down and the audio function never works.
