I’m trying to determine exactly when I read a message. I do not have my read receipts on, and don’t want to turn them on particularly, is there a way to see when I read a text message on my own iPhone, I have already received and read said message, but don’t recall doing so, so I’m trying to see some sort of history as to exactly when did I read this message?

Seeing Read Messages:
Log in to your Carrier's site, and see if It shows your message history. Doing so, you may see your messages, but read repots is questionable.
Read receipts means the other person is notified when you read their message. There is no way to determine exactly when you read a message. You can see what time it as received but not read.
When did I read that message?!
