i have no idea what i did but i can’t find my camera. it is grayed out on locked screen. there is no app on home screen. it is not in my library. screen time is turned on. i can’t see any restrictions on any apps. i press on search camera and nothing shows up. please help

Am no expert in this area, yet your question surely deserves some response.
Wondering if you have tried updating your iPhone to the newest available iOS version:
Eg: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.6 is the newest update.
If you already have iOS 16.6 installed, you might try re-starting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, and often restores order if something is not working right): How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
