Were you approved for an Apple Pay Later loan? Was there a reason for the decline?

It's no longer going on in loan. Now I've tried so many times that I can't even try. I keep getting rejected.
If your declined for an Apple Pay Later account/loan, then you can’t use the financial product. Please choose another payment option.
