My workspace screen is too wide and I can't fix it. I've tried everything I can think of. The arrows on the side only go out, not in. There are no arrows in the corners. I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

It is a bit unclear what "workspace screen" means here.
Is this the whole Final Cut Pro window? Hold down Option and click the green dot on the top left corner.
The Viewer? Click the menu above the viewer and choose Fit.
Something else? Please post a screenshot.
