Apple keeps declining my card but Ik I have money

I needed to update my card information to renew my subscription to get more storage but it keeps saying my card was declined I’ve checked and I have money on my card

Once a card is declined you have to re-enter the CVV number (3 digit security code). Have you checked expiration date?
