Hello, if you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and it says approved it will go back to that same payment method that was used for that purchase and it can take up to 30 days for it to reflect on your billing statement and the refund could show up in your account sooner than that. I would recommend checking your account daily to see if you notice an increase in your account. If you don’t receive it after 30 days contact the bank and let them know. Apple just releases the funds back to the payment that was used.

  1. Check Your Purchase History:
    1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
    2. Scroll down and tap on "Apple ID" (your name at the top).
    3. Tap on "iTunes & App Store."
    4. Tap on your Apple ID at the top, then choose "View Apple ID" and authenticate if prompted.
    5. Scroll down and tap on "Purchase History" to review your recent transactions. Make sure the refund hasn't been processed yet.
  2. Contact Apple Support:
    1. If you believe you are owed a refund that hasn't been processed, you can contact Apple Support for assistance.
    2. You can reach out to Apple Support via phone, chat, or email through the official Apple Support website or by using the Apple Support app on your iPhone.
    3. Provide them with the details of the transaction, such as the date of the purchase, the item purchased, and the amount paid.
    4. Apple Support will be able to investigate the issue and provide guidance on how to proceed.
  3. Check Your Payment Method:
    1. If you received a refund, it might have been processed back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
    2. Check the payment method associated with your Apple ID to ensure that the refund has not been credited to your account.
    3. Sometimes, refunds can take a few days to reflect on your payment method statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  4. Check for Emails or Notifications:
    1. Apple typically sends an email notification when a refund is processed. Check your email inbox, including spam and junk folders, for any communication from Apple regarding the refund.
  5. Visit an Apple Store:
    1. If you made the purchase in an Apple Store, you can visit the store and speak to a representative about the refund issue. They may be able to assist you in person.
  6. Remember that the refund process can take some time to be completed, and it's important to ensure that you have followed the proper channels for requesting a refund and providing necessary information to Apple Support. If you believe there has been an error or if you're not receiving a satisfactory response from Apple Support, you may need to continue working with them to resolve the issue.
