Pairing a Macally bluetooth mouse under Ventura

Ventura asks for a PIN when pairing with a Macally BTVVMOUSEBAT mouse. 0000 does not work. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro is asking for pin to connect Rocketfish Apple bluetooth mouse. I purchased a new MacBook Pro and am trying to get my old bluetooth mouse to connect but the MacBook is asking for a pin. Can't connect to my bluetooth mouse after upgrading to MacOS Ventura I have a Corsair Katar Pro Wireless Bluetooth Mouse, in MacOS Monterey I can connect to my bluetooth mouse. After upgrading to MacOS Ventura, I can't connect to my bluetooth mouse or stuck at connecting. The mouse can connect to another device. Yes. It suggests putting in the PIN 0000, putting in nothing, or simply cancelling, none of which have any effect. The mouse is not connected.
