Replacement product never shipped

My iPhone 13 pro replacement was lost in transit, this happened on July 18th, but until today, apple didn't give me any solution, the advisor said they would resend me one, but I haven't received it yet, the ups tacking number given to me keeps showing that it was not shipped, but I'm going to travel on August 10th, and the answer they give is always wait!
