After searching for an answer to this problem I’ve found the solution after hours of trying. All the instructions seem to say tap on the handle at the end it’ll turn yellow, but this doesn’t work. What you have to do is the tap hold and then drag. It’s quite tricky to get the sequence to work properly, but it’s the dragging, which is the key, frustrating people do not make these instructions clearer
