We are traveling to the UK and Europe and we recently upgraded to the 20W USB-C Power Adapter (Apple Model A2305) for our iPhones. Do we need a voltage adapter? I cannot find the information on the adapter itself.

Just to confirm what Rudegar said, take another look at your adapter (a magnifying glass may be needed). A text should show something like Input 100-240V and 50-60Hz.

no, all their chargers works from 110 to 240volt AC just a plug adaptor if the place you visit use different ac plugs than your country
