I bought my air pods off line and trying to erase the other user to make them mine
Im trying to erase user because I bought them online and they have someone else’s ID hooked to them

Contact the person you bought it from so they can remove it from their apple id If an item or device is connected to another Apple ID - Apple Support ain't no other way to bypass that.
