serious issues after upgrading to 13.5, lagging, no audio, slow internet...

I'm dealing with serious issues after upgrading to 13.5

My computer is sluggish, there's no sound device (sound setting is empty), the WiFi is slow, and everything takes forever to load.

This problem started when I accidentally applied too much pressure while holding my computer from the side of the screen.

(I guess inadvertently applied excessive pressure)

The screen cracked, and now there are a few vertical lines on the right side. Despite the damage, I can still work and see the screen.

After the incident, my computer froze. Upon restarting, it upgraded to 13.5. Since then, almost everything is stuck and takes an eternity to load. Strangely, Photoshop works fine, so I'm puzzled about the issue's cause.

I've tried everything I can think of: sudo commands (killall, kex, Crustil), adding a new user (which briefly helped and recognized the audio device before it disappeared again), and performing both types of resets (NVRAM and SMC reset).

The sound works on startup. So it's not a faulty hardware.

I connected an external audio device and it didn't recognize it as well.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 with an Intel CPU.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Time Machine backup, so I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Please help... 🙏🏼

The extent of the damages maybe greater than you think.

The only real way to know For Sure is to have the machine evaluated

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

2 - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer

Thanks for your reply.

I'm out of the country and can't reach any Genius bar.

In addition you might have missed my reply to this post.

When using Windows via Bootcamp everything works smoothly so it must be a OS software issue.

Can the damage screen make the system think I have replaced a screen or something manually and make the system go crazy like in iPhones?

Well thanks, but it's not very helpful. Obviously, the screen is damaged so there's Hardware Failures.

But the system keeps freezing and works smoothly on Windows.

Meaning Hardware Failures is the only screen.

I'm explaining the audio device disappeared, WIFI is laggy everything freezes. But works on Win. So the hardware isn't the factor here.

Thanks for your help, hopefully someone else can help me out.
