Yes it’s my desktop but not the user password, the administrator password, do you know how to reset that one? And thank you for answering my questions

If you only have one user, you should be admin capable. It would be your password.

Open System Settings, Users & Groups and look at your user name. Does it indicate Admin? If it doesn't, do you have another user on that Mac?

are you not the administrator? only the admin can change the admin password. it is done by following the instructions in the links as posted by @Randall_2023.
