Can I repair a product at any Apple certified store?

I live in Greece and there’s no official Apple stores here. I have a pair of AirPods which have been showing some problems lately and I want them to be replaced since I still have warranty on them.

The question is: can I go to any Apple service certified store and have them replaced?
