Pop core, Parking Jam will not open it worked yesterday but later in the afternoon, it stopped and it’s still not working when you tap to open it you’ll receive a black screen with white font that reads pop core and a white line to show it’s loading but the white line travels 3/4 of the way and nothing happens after that

2.Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3.Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4.Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Hi,
I tried everything you wrote. The app still won’t open I did contact pop core. They sent me an email that they’re very busy and they’ll get back to me. I’m sure if I delete the app and reload it. It will work that’s happened in the past with other apps, but I don’t wanna lose all my data, I’m at level 1500. I’ve been playing this game for three years so I have many points and also quite a few purchases for accessories.

If a third-party app is not working as expected, everything is up to date, and you've tried restarting, outside of removing and redownloading the app (which is totally your prerogative) the next step will be to wait to hear back from the developer as you've done all the troubleshooting steps you can do on your end.

Sounds like a good plan, thanks for keeping us posted! The developer will be in the best position to provide further guidance for this type of issue as the other steps hadn't helped out.

All the software is up-to-date even the app and that’s what I’m doing. Waiting for the developer to contact me via email.
