It’s not letting me send money through Apple pay to people on iMessage.

Every time I try to send money thru Apple pay on iMessage, it keep say, “Apple cash requires the same Apple ID for iMessage and iCloud. To send and receive money on this device, sign in to iMessage with my icloud email” but i’m already signed in with my icloud email so what does that mean?

Apple Cash not working - need to sign in with Apple ID, but I am! Setting up Apple Cash on my wife's iPhone 13. We went through and verified her and everything, but it will not send money. I haven't tried to receive, but was able to transfer $50 via her debit card in Apple Pay. Every time we try, it says you must be signed in to the same Apple ID as iMessage and Facetime - all of the Apple IDs are the same. I have tried to sign out of the Apple ID and sign back in again, tried restarting (probably 20 times now with signing in/out/back in...). I've tried turning Apple Pay and Cash off and on again several times. Readding cards, reactivating everything. Nothing worked. I can not send anything to anyone and when I try to send directly to someone, it says that that ID is an "Invalid recipient" Where's the problem here? Thanks!

You created an Apple Cash account using one Apple ID and you’re Messages app and or email are on a different Apple ID.
