I don’t want my battery message so what should I do please help me

If you had your battery replaced anywhere other than at Apple or a truly Apple Authorized Service Provider, your phone will ALWAYS let you know there is an Unknown Part in your phone. And if you did do that, Apple will not touch your phone should you need service help. Only Apple or Apple Authorized Service Providers have authentic Apple Parts.
