Some of my password keys in macbook air does not work, so what should i do?

No, which is it? broken KB or Mac not accepting what you type?
They are not the same. One is a broken keyboard. The other is a working KB but you're typing the wrong letters and numbers.
Some of my keyboard letters are working probably. Also when i go MacOS recovery with Apple ID signing all my keyboard are capital letters only and I am not able to signing in
