I received a text from supposedly UPS about updating my delivery address.

I mistakenly or stupidly clicked on the link. I thought it was ok because I saw "https://...". Anyway I clicked on the link and it didn't connect/open to a site. Instead it said something to the effect, "link was not a valid link". Now I'm wondering if by clicking on the link I "injected" my iPhone11 with malware. It's pretty scary. I spent several hours updating my userids and passwords just in case. I also have an iPad and MacBook air and I'm wondering is they are potentially infected too.
