KEEP GETTING AN ERROR CODE 100030 WHEN IMPORTING A CD.

I purchased a new Mac Pro. I was able to download 50 or more cds. but when I try to use it now it keeps flashing this error code. Online it says if I was using a vpn then that might be the issue but I'm not.

This just happened to me today and this what I did; I was having an entirely different problem with the Music app on my iPhone. While tinkering, I changed my MacBook Air's Music settings- Settings>Files>Music Media folder location (Macintosh HD). When I next tried to import, I got the 100030 error. When I changed back to what it was before Settings>Files>Music Media folder location (EXTERNAL DRIVE 1), it worked again. I hope this helps. It worked for me.
